Which processes can be automated?

Cost and time
What does an AI project with aiconis cost?
The first one-hour meeting is free and the initial workshop (AI Potential Check) is included. Implementation starts from CHF 5,000, depending on complexity and the technologies involved, followed by a recurring fee for operation and improvement.
How long does it take?
You see clickable mockups within days of the workshop. The solution often runs alongside the existing process first, then becomes fully integrated.
How is the benefit measured?
Before the project starts, we agree KPIs such as time per case, error rate or volume handled. Costs, usage and ROI are visible in the monitoring.
Data and technology
Where is our data stored?
In Switzerland and the EU, in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG). For sensitive data, solutions can also run on-premise.
Is our data used to train AI models?
Not if you don't want it to be: on request, aiconis guarantees contractually that client data is not used for training.
Is aiconis tied to one AI provider?
No. The aiconis platform works with several AI models, including on-premise models, and can switch as technology evolves.
Who stays in control of decisions?
Your people. Approval steps are built in wherever a person must confirm, and every automated run is logged.
Can aiconis automate complex projects, not just single tasks?
Yes. aiconis has built platforms that handle a full workflow: for example, from counting components on drawings to the final pricing of a tender, from reading thousands of legal acts to drafting reports, or from consolidating shop, payment and bank data to daily fiscal documents.
